Return Policy

Cancellation –

Cancellation is not accepted after dispatched the order. Product would be changed after the delivery if product is not good.

Once order is delivered and product quality is not as per order then MIS trader will be liable to change the product. If customer is not satisfied with the product.

Transportation charges are excluded in sending or receiving process.

Refund policy- 

MIS traders is a manufacturer of sugar product, and we use all safety and measuring scale of manufacturing and packaging. if the product is delivered by us is not as per demand so we could replace or return that product as customer like,

Refund of that product is accepted only within 3 days of product received by customer. Return/refund is only applicable if the product is not matching the order.  On return or exchange, interest charged by the bank till that time will not be refunded by MIS traders. Refund would be settled in customer bank a/c within 3-5 working days. Transportation charges is excluded in return or cancellation process.

You may check with the respective bank/issuer on how a cancellation, refund or pre-closure could affect the payment terms, and what interest charges would be levied on you for the same.
