MIS Trader’s Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days up to 200 km radius of MIS Trader’s registered address.
The delivery time could be increased in case of long distance.
Time is depends on shipment carrier.
No any order would be dispatched on weekends or holidays. Please communicate to us before placing a high volume of orders, if customer could expect any delays then we will inform the customer at the time of order.
Minimum order should be 5000 kg to deliver at customer place.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Customer will get a message on e-mail to know their order no or expected delivery time after placing order
Customs, duties, and taxes
Customize the following: MIS Trader’s is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Customize the following: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
